This is clear discrimination and political interference in sport. No team should be made to compete under conditions no other country would ever accept.
FIFA has a lot to answer for.
The irony of 'analysis' is that when you are really watching good football it doesn't need explaining. There is a felt connection between players + audience that transcends strategy or intention.
It's the same connection felt in a theatre or concert hall. And it can't be faked.
Barely any coverage from mainstream on all these issues. But the Qatar World Cup was in our faces 24/7 before it started with all sorts of negative PR. Pundits & all sorts had something to say about it. Same ppl are nowhere to be seen commenting about the yanks. Wonder why
Qatar has held a World Cup where everyone who could afford to attend attended, wait till it's the USA hosting and they will have visa restrictions even on the players themselves 😂.
Bravo, Monsieur Infantino.

The USA finally gave Visa's to Iran's football team yesterday, but it hasn't given any to their training staff.
If FIFA wasn't corrupt it would tell Donald Trump that the USA will be disqualified if he doesn't stop unfairly rigging the competition.
I've simply realized that people don't actually like football.
I work 65-80 hour weeks and I still watched every single Bayern game this season without exception. From the routine wins at home to St Pauli to the blood pumping spectacles away at the Parc.
Uncle Iroh voice actor Greg Baldwin criticizes Paramount over the state of the 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' franchise
“Paramount doesn’t care about ATLA ... The new regime at Paramount is straight up evil"
"I can speak freely because I’m 65 years old and my pocketful of fucks is seriously depleted"
"Working as a paralegal at various studios in LA for thirty years…I had the opportunity to observe studio executives closely. They’re generally a slippery and clueless bunch who shouldn’t be allowed near anything remotely creative…but the new regime at Paramount is straight up evil"
"These soulless bastards have nothing but contempt for a show about grace and redemption and the struggle against fascism"
"ATLA is a mystery to them."
"They. Do. Not. Value. The. Franchise."
"Who should lose their jobs to AI? Answer… Studio Executives. Ironically…those cockroaches will be the last to go"
"In conclusion… Fuck you, Paramount"

@Tigu_El I have a theory - this is as a result of the terrible writing choices made with the rebooted animated season. Left a bitter taste in people's mouths
