@delhivery @help_delhivery Your representative called me asking why I changed my pincode from 700152 to 700099. A simple answer is that the parcel doesn't go for a walk every day with the delivery agent for 4-5 days and returns to the hub without attempting delivery or a call

@delhivery My last package with AWB 39418310147604 was running late, so I had to travel 5.4 km and spend 140 rupees to pick up the shipment from the hub. The delivery guy who took the parcel for out for delivery told me to get it from the Kolkata_Laskarpur_D hub @delhivery

Hey @AJIOLife @shadowfax_in, my recent return request was cancelled by the delivery guy without my consent. Additionally, he took the return product with the pickup OTP, and I received a pickup cancellation message at 10:10 pm.
