@Maruti_Corp I dropped off my Dzire car in Farrukhabad workshop on 9 August 2026 for an insurance claim. However, the insurance survey has still not been conducted, and I have not received any clear update regarding the delay.
Please look into this matter urgently and let me know

I have made multiple complaints already and am now frustrated with the repeated disruptions. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be left with no option but to surrender the Jio Fiber connection.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and resolve it immediately.

I kindly request you to arrange a technician visit at the earliest and reinstall the previous accessories that were working without any issues...

@Maruti_Corp @MSArenaOfficial I recently bought the Maruti Dzire ZXI model three months ago in Farrukhabad (Up), but I haven't received all the accessories such as seat covers and door guards from Maruti yet. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution.
