8️⃣ CCTV Issue (Hakimpet):
➡️ Installation of CCTV in staff areas was discussed.
➡️ DC has assured to look into the matter.

7️⃣ Answer Script Submission:
➡️ Practical difficulties in scanning highlighted; alternative arrangements (including hard copies) will be considered.

6️⃣ Surplus Transfer Issue:
➡️ It was discussed that online surplus transfer with provision for choice of station may be considered, and the matter has been taken up positively.

5️⃣ Miscellaneous Staff Issue:
➡️ Direction will be issued to ensure engagement of DEOs, coaches, yoga teachers, nurses, counsellors and other support staff.

4️⃣ Re-Test Policy:
➡️ Re-test will be allowed only on medical grounds.
➡️ Other cases will be handled as per RTE norms (promotion up to Class VIII).

3️⃣ CGHS Issue:
Due to non-payment, CGHS validity is only till May causing serious concern.
➡️ DC has assured personal intervention, and RO will take up the issue urgently.

2️⃣ Examination System:
➡️ Except Half-Yearly and Session Ending Exams, all other exams will be conducted at Vidyalaya level only.

1️⃣ Confirmation Issues:
Due to documentation lapses at school level, many cases were not confirmed.
➡️ DC has agreed to conduct another DPC within 3 months (likely in July) so that all employees get an opportunity to submit required documents.
