@delhivery I booked a prepaid courier service with a pickup date of 19th Apr. The delivery boy came on 18th even though I told him parcel is not ready. Now on 19th, I waited the whole day, no pickup. Upon calling, he is saying today I won’t come. Heights of irresponsibility.

One delivery boy recorded my video at doorstep without consent while doing a delivery which was significantly late. Having 102 fever, I had to have food asap so that I can take meds.

@siddaramaiah Guarantee of what sir? Traffic is worse by day. Garbage dump on the roadsides. People break traffic laws as if that’s normal and police does NOTHING. Roads infra is PATHETIC.
Ppl have shown trust in u. Pls, for them, address all this on priority.
