Gameplay Update:
- Yao Guang banner lasts the entire V4.0, Sparxie on 3rd March.
- 4.1 duration will be adjusted shorter to fit 4.2 on normal anniversary date.
- New region and new story; Version 4 said to expand beyond Planarcadia and go to Astropolis (IPC Vacation Island)
- New enemies and endgame boss.
- Multiple events such as platformers that can jump, TCG, office management, puzzles, and more.
- Currency War update, adding Dahlia, Yao Guang and Sparxie alongside multiple changes. Removed highest damage per hit.
- DU more EXP gained for faster clear.
- Sparkle and Black Swan buffs: Sparkle CDMG buff lasts 2 turns, recovers 6SP, can spill over excess SP. Black Swan deals more damage, arcana accumulate over the limit.
- Fortnite Collab 26th Feb.

UI Update:
- Last relic substat can be shown.
- Assignments no longer on countdown, can claim anytime.
- Elation materials 1 to 1 exchange with other trace materials.

If your Borderlands 4 on PC is running HORRIBLY after the patch and you're on Nvidia, this is what worked for me:

-Disable Nvidia Shader Cache in the Nvidia app.
-Delete all shader files from C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Nvidia\DXCache
- Restart PC & delete anything that said it was in use prior.
-Re-enable Shader Cache in Nvidia app. Set to Driver Default (or higher if you have the space, I use 10gb)
-Start game and let it cache shaders.
