I’ll be contributing to a discussion on the future of London as a global asset management hub. Recent developments, including the sale of City stalwart Schroders to the larger American asset manager Nuveen and wider consolidation activity across the sector, have raised important questions about the City’s long-term competitiveness and whether the UK can strengthen its position in an increasingly global investment landscape.
