Hey twitter gaming community.
This is the beginning of a new chapter for me. I've been playing games for a long time and finally feel like I have enough motivation to share my experiences. This account is not just limited to reviews (might get into it at some point), but more;
Today I am having to share one of the hardest messages of my career. After twelve years of building and nurturing Three Fields Entertainment, I am forced into the situation of today placing our entire team on notice of redundancy.
Since the launch of *Wreckreation*, our small studio has worked incredibly hard — with heart and dedication — to update the game, listen to our community, and deliver the fixes and features players asked for. I could not be prouder of the people I’ve worked alongside or the passion they’ve poured into this project.
But the reality we now face is stark. As an independent studio, we will not see revenue from game sales for the foreseeable future.
We have had to self-fund most of this year and all of the post launch content. Without the enthusiasm or financial support from
our publisher to continue development, we simply cannot sustain the studio in its current form. Making this decision has been unbelievably painful.
This is a heartbreaking moment for all of us. What makes it even harder is that we have so many things in the pipeline — multiple features, updates, and creative ideas that we were excited to bring to the game, many of which are showcased in the video we’re sharing today. These are things we genuinely believed would have continued to strengthen Wreckreation and grow its community.
My hope is that by showing this work publicly, someone out there might also see that potential and perhaps an opportunity could still emerge. But even if that hope does not materialise, we want this to stand as a testament to our vision and to the strength, passion, and skill of our tiny team. I truly believe in the potential of this game and in the brilliance of the people who built it.
To everyone who has supported us, played our games, or believed in our studio: thank you. Your support has meant the world - We will, again at our own cost, ensure the next update that includes a Crossplay feature does get published before Christmas and we hope you and your friends can enjoy the world that we have built together, whichever platform you play on.

Love the idea of getting more story content and cutting off the modern stuff. Modern storyline seemed so trivial for black flag anyways.
The RPG combat? I don’t mind but please don’t do some weird mystical power shit.
We got NEW Assassin's Creed Black Flag REMAKE information.
- The remake removes the modern day and replaces them with more content in Edward’s pirate era (a few extra hours compared to the original).
- Gameplay will shift closer to the RPG-style of newer AC games:
- Loot and gear stats for Edward
- Inventory systems
- Combat leaning toward the RPG style rather than the choreographed combat of the original
- No loading screens when moving between ship and land
- Map is not bigger, but islands will be filled with more activities and side content.
- Expected to include cut content from the original, like parts of Mary Read’s storyline that were dropped in 2013.
- It’s not on the same “big budget remake” level as Resident Evil 2 or Silent Hill 2, but more of a faithful reimagining with updates.
- Uses Ubisoft’s new Anvil Pipeline engine (same as AC Shadows).
- Release window: currently targeted for early 2026 (likely March), though some sources think it could slip to late 2026.
- They are reusing some assets from Skull & Bones to cut costs, but it won’t be obvious to players.
Wreckreation will release on October 28th, 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Wreckreation is the home of your very own MixWorld, a 400 square kilometer racing realm that is yours to create, shape – and wreck.
- Can't seem to shake the feeling that hard mode feels a teeny bit easy? Or that the game clicked so well for me? Dunno
Performance aside, I've been having fun. I keep wanting to try new builds and guns, so I know I'm in for the long run.

I've been playing @Borderlands 4 and have some thoughts. First, the positives:
- Love the open world map, been getting distracted by the things you get to do.
- Fun side quests so far, I keep looking forwards to them
- Gun feel good, good number of variations as well
contd;
- The dialogues and writing haven't made me cringe and were funny at times.
- Quick sell junk and quick bank
The meh:
- Randy's hot takes, STAHP!!
- My inventory has a permanent "!" and it bugs me so much
- Can't permanently set a sort option for inventory, ARGH!!!
contd;
@SynthPotato Borderlands 4. So far it’s smooth for me because I found locking my fps has been working great for me. Is that under-utilising my hardware? Maybe so but I get a consistent experience. Apart from the technical side, yeah it’s fun af. I’m getting the feeling I got from playing BL2.
