The Case Against Asaram Bapu ⚖️ :

The 2018 trial court verdict and the 2026 Rajasthan High Court ruling expose glaring contradictions. As per the FIR, three individuals were alleged to have played key roles leading to the supposed incident :

One was acquitted in 2018 for “no involvement.” The remaining two were given a clean chit in 2026. If the alleged precursors were false, how can the final allegation stand? This is judicial irony at its peak.

Further, medical reports categorically ruled out rape. Call records show the complainant engaged elsewhere at the alleged time. Photographic evidence places Bapuji at a different location altogether. When the foundation collapses, the superstructure cannot stand.
