“So thou shall know I am your Lord of the Battlefield…
I say to you, so that you may repent and be joyful..
You POGs and Fobbits, you tabless serpents and vile breachless Infantry…
I, your God of War and salvation, say unto you…
P equalith Plenty”

“Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me”
-Matthew 25:40-
None of them would have even thought of doing that, man. They’re all in it for themselves.
Imagine what we could accomplish as a Nation if the rest of your coworkers had your Servant’s Heart.
I’m proud to call my friend and brother. 🤙🏼
We had a whole 20 year war on terror….
All the cool kids were there.
Even @CoryMillsFL was there…
Where were you, bud??
You had your chance to be a part of that unity and honor.
But you decided to stay home in the AC and talk about everyone else’s stories.
But NOW you want to pretend to support Veterans?
NOW you want to talk about us?
How long were you on the air as a reporter?
All that time and you never wanted to highlight the issues at @DeptVetAffairs and expose the fraud, waste, and abuse?
You never went out to the VAMCs to report on malpractice and neglect.
You never interviewed a Veteran with VA issues?
How many times did you go slummin’ and spend time helping homeless Veterans, Hero?
Tell me this, Brick Tamland….How many Veterans commit suicide per day?
How many since 9/11/01?
What measures have you taken to help stop the epidemic of Veteran Suicides?
How many times did you report about the Vet Suicide crisis during all of your time on the air??
You know who CAN answer these questions and who has been working on these issues? @CoryMillsFL has.
Both in and outside of his district.
Dude, you didn’t come to war with us…
You damned sure didn’t support us or talk about us until now that you think it’ll benefit you.
Veterans are not your political talking point, and we’re not you damned photo ops.
Keep our names out your damned mouth.
Proud to have one of the most constitutionally conservative voting records in Congress, fought for taxpayers, lead the state of Florida in constituent services at over $100M+, and ONLY person endorsed by President Trump @POTUS in Florida’s 7th District!
@CoryMillsFL@POTUS District 7 is lucky to have @CoryMillsFL.
It’s too bad the rest of our representatives don’t have his drive, work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond for their fellow Americans.
And he does it all behind the scenes without bragging about it.
@ryanelijah Yo, Ron Burgundy…
@CoryMillsFL doesn’t just run around in The Channel 5 News Van and knock on doors for 2 hours and then call it a day..
(2 hours🙄. Bruh, what was that, like…2-3 conversations at best?😂)
@CoryMillsFL puts in overtime work helping people all over the state of Florida, both in and out of District 7.
Especially Veterans.
PS… Ryan did you seriously say “good reviews on the VA”??
Who did you talk to? VA employees?
Was one of the two people that answered the door a crackhead?
You might want to sit this one out, Mr Burgundy…
@Georgesantos That broad is nuttier than rat shit in a pistachio factory.
The DEI Citadel Cadet has been off her SSRIs for a hot crazy minute.
Someone needs to throw a net on her and sit her down for 72 hours with some jello cups and someone to talk to.
@GBNT1952 I scored a mint “Roger Stone All Star Faggity Coward Block” card.
That should be worth something once his reanimated corpse realizes its soul died years ago.
For Distro:
Sooo many people mean well, but…
The “Ultimate Sacrifice” means dying in the Service of your nation.
For examples:
“Killed in Action” or “Died as a result of injuries sustained in____”.
Memorial Day is about remembering our fallen brothers and sisters. Not us.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.🤙🏼
Thank you🤙🏼
Same to you.
Same to ANY brother or sister.
Not to sound cliché-ish but…
Nobody is coming to save us.
Veterans have to continue to take care of and look out for other Veterans.
***Former Leaders (particularly former NCOs) have to question whether they deserve to ever describe themselves as “leaders”, if they fail to continue to “Take Care of Troops” after the pay and recognition stops***
It was never a “job”. It was an honor and a privilege. As well as a sacred duty accepted under oath.
(ps…My Normandy Beach landing grandfather is about to turn 101 yrs old.
I’m NEVER gettin’’ out of here.
And I now realize I probably should have taken WAY better care of my body…😂).
“We’ve got 4 KIA”
I’ll never forget those words and the exact moment they came over the radio.
The static, crackles, and professionalism of the voice sending the 9 Line.
The silence in the TOC is still the loudest sound I can ever remember.
The heavy and sudden weight of sadness and feeling utterly helpless.
And then, just pure rage.
(Lord, forgive me).

I lost 3 of my guys from my platoon to suicide after we got back.
Had another friend literally drink himself to death. Purposely.
There’s a couple of others that I suspect were “intentional”, but sometimes it’s best to move on.
(I’m sure well all have a couple of these)
-I planned on posting about these☝🏻 guys as well. This is really the first time I’ve sat and processed them all in totality. (And these are just the GWOT portion of my career 😬)
TBH, was probably overdue-

SSG Alexander Povilaitis was a highly respected, big ole’ Southern Boy from Georgia.
This dude was a friggin’ stud.
He had completed SFAS at 45 years old.
As Platoon Sergeant for a Route Clearance Company operating out of Pasab, Afghanistan, SSG Povilaitis always led from the front.
On May 31, 2012
SSG Alexander Povilaitis died from injuries sustained from an IED, while leading his RCP during a dismounted patrol in Zharay, Afghanistan.
