@TheRangeUK 2 days later, received an email that someone will call me. 15 days later, no one has called me!! Emailed CEO, Escalations and any other email I can find. Till this day no response. What a complete shambles of a company. Stole my money!!!! 2/3

@TheRangeUK The worst customer service ever!!!! Received a partial delivery of my order. Offered an insulting 5% refund for something sold to me for £380!!! Then realised how stupid that was and offered a full refund. I wanted a replacement. Rejected. Emailed Head Office. 1/3
