24 hours trying to contact @bt_uk to book an engineer to repair an external fibre optic cable. Probably also 24 identical responses to say it’s impossible to book an appointment. Obviously no way of requesting help by phone because that would be too obvious for a telecom company.
On the Fourth day of Christmas we bring you three poems that mark the female hand & the 'larva women' that know 'Christmas is coming'.
Settle down with these poems by Louise Taylor (@Sar1skaTiger), Diana Cant & Helen Kay on this Xmas Eve (@HelenKay166):

@Downith@GreenFlagUK They did - as did my brother-in-law who drove 70 miles to get the kids. Too late to save their shoes though…. And shoutout to the awesome guy from ? Highways Agency sent by the police (who “didn’t have a car in the area”) to check on us. He came back a 2nd time with hot choc!
On the Second day of Christmas we have three brilliant poems that span the ubiquitous supermarket and rush hour. Catch these poems by Lindy Barbour (@ampherlaw1) , Michelle Diaz and Hannah Stone.

@AuthorHelenJ I know what you mean. Everything nowadays feels like that scene from GG where Michel says, “He [a plumber] was here. He did nothing. It's $100.”
@AuthorHelenJ Oh jeez! Figures though. £16,000 bought two big multi-paned wooden windows and one set of engineered hardwood French doors for our house in……<checks>…….2013.
@AuthorHelenJ Wood? We need some new windows too but the crazy prices mean that sanding, treating, priming and painting is an annual treat. Kind of like Halloween without the sweets.
What is so striking is how many conservative mps are still talking about what is “ best for the party”. It’s a real give away - that party still seemingly comes before country and constituents and democracy.
No exemptions for rape victims or children in a country where child “marriage” is permitted in many states
No exemptions when the mothers life is in danger
Forced birth when there is no free healthcare
What has America become?
