@amazon I was misinformed about a device I purchased. Told it had a 2-year warranty and now that it has an issue I’m told it only had a 1-year warranty. Do you track or store conversations with customer service? Amazon should stand by what I was told.

@realLisaKinsey I recently had electricians in my home — I thought they were vaccinated (foolishly forgot to ask) — & they weren’t. They also didn’t have masks. It’s very frustrating to be vaccinated & responsible only to realize many who are not are also acting irresponsibly. Ridiculous.
