@BarclaysUKHelp That was all a bit pointless… I used the chat as directed and got this reply: “I can suggest you to please call our Mortgage Customer Service on 0800 022 4022 and they will be able to get this sorted for you”. So which is it to be, web chat or call?

@AllenKiaGroup@KiaUK 5-7 weeks is a long drop from ‘high standards’ in my book. This really is dreadful service. I’ll PM details yes, though the dealership has my info already. This is wasteful and doesn’t add to my experience. Regular updates to customers perhaps as a small fix going forward..?
