Tattooing is the most mindful activity and just about the only time my brain isnt trying to kill me with its chaotic thoughts. Dont know what I'd do without those moments of peace.
@seapazz Bless you thank you so much for the kind words! Yes sadly tattooing is more intense than ever isnt it with the whole lockdown induced all-or-nothing situation π
I would just like the state the obvious... being a tattooist, studio owner, assistant psychologist, stroke researcher, dog mum and liveaboard all at the same time is really, really fucking hard.
A taste of single dog mum life: All dressed up to go out for drinks. Feeling cute. Decide to take doggo out for a quick walk before leaving. Aaand she poops on my shoe.
Client: How are you coping with being so busy after lockdown?
Me: This morning I put my favourite chocolate bar in the washing machine and my dinner last night was a dry can of tuna cause I havent had time to go to the shop in two weeks. But thanks for asking π
Do any other lady tattooers sometimes end up accidentally putting their boob in their clients hand when tattooing an inner forarm or is that just me? π
i really wish #pinkygloves were a joke. like these 3 men really think we have issues with menstruation blood or throwing our tampons away so they went out of their way and invented a plastic glove so we can dispose them βdiscreetβ and βsafeβ just so they donβt feel uncomfortable
Being a tattooist involves being constantly flashed, its wierd. I went for a blood test recently and even the doctor pulled her trousers down to show me her tattoo.
