@EastMidRailway an unused ticket that is for a date in February, will cost me £40 admin fee to refund!!!? £40!!! The ticket only cost £51.20 in the first place. All I want to do is to change to a later time in the day!!! Single parent, 3 children. You should be ashamed.

@currys I am STILL waiting for a refund. DPD received my return on 21st November and NOBODY has been in touch since the despite your DM service telling me they will be. I am owed £121, alot of money for a single parent. It's an absolute disgrace.
