@bt_uk this isn't getting any better. We have issued a complaint which is being looked into but you are still changing the appointment dates to ones that aren't suitable. My husband feels like he is talking to a brick wall!!

@bt_uk My husband has already spoken to you again today, I've lost count of the number of minutes we've spent on the phone in the last 2 months. We are getting no where. He's said we can't afford to take any more time off work yet we have another appointment for next Tuesday after 1pm

@NexusPointNews I'll give it a chance, not sure about some of the actors but I watched Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in London and they have Hermoine played by a coloured actress. The play was amazing and so well written

We have both taken time off work to be in for these 6 appointments but they haven't turned up & we've had no phone calls or contact from them to say they won't be there. They keep trying to tell us that they need more equipment to do the job but they use the same one every time!

@HazelAppleyard I work as a nursery cook and have recently had to change the lunch menu to cut out sugar, highly processed foods and lots of other things due to a change in the EYFS guidance (that comes from the government). So as much as the note was a little rude they aren't allowed.
