@willow_kert You're getting addicted to getting dopamine hit from endless scrolling, that's what you literally said in your post. Kids addicted to an iPad at home isn't "distracted" and "fussy" at school because they struggle with ADHD, it's because they're addicts. Adults do the same thing.
