Money has never been the thing I chase.
It is simply the bridge that carries me through this world so I can keep my family safe.
I do not measure my worth by how much of it I hold, or by the power others think it gives.
What matters to me is quieter and far more sacred: a house that shelters my daughter, food that fills her plate, clothes that let her walk into school with dignity, and a warm bed where she can rest her beautiful head at the end of the day.
To give her these things is, for me, both power and success.
That is all money has ever meant.
And if this is true for me, it is true for so many of us.
May we remember that behind every quiet struggle for “just enough” is a heart trying to protect someone they love.
