Newcastle United fan Matt Cameron is running half-marathons in all the cities where Sir Bobby Robson worked to raise money for @SBRFoundation. Matt, whose own family has been affected by cancer, did the Lisbon half on March 9 and has London Landmarks Half this weekend, then back-to-back-to-back September weekends of Great North Run, Porto and Ipswich before Eindhoven in October. Burn towering presence. Pope’s saves. Isak clinical. Bruno relentless.

Above all, this historic victory was rooted in the drive and nous of Eddie Howe. His man-management brings the best out of Tonali and others. His deep understanding of players saw him re-position Joelinton from attack to elite midfielder. He makes good players better, Burn etc. He recruits strong characters as well as players.
