Thank you to the brilliant team at @NCLCollege in designing an outfit that reflects my Geordie, Irish & West African heritage.
Lamin, Lynne, Libby & Jordan - you did an incredible job and I'm very grateful!
The visit to Windsor Castle with my partner Damon was really special.
Newcastle United fan Matt Cameron is running half-marathons in all the cities where Sir Bobby Robson worked to raise money for @SBRFoundation. Matt, whose own family has been affected by cancer, did the Lisbon half on March 9 and has London Landmarks Half this weekend, then back-to-back-to-back September weekends of Great North Run, Porto and Ipswich before Eindhoven in October. Matt finishes in Barcelona next February. “I know my Dad would be absolutely fascinated by Matt’s challenge," Sir Bobby’s son Mark says. "He loved living and working in all these cities and he’d want to know all about the runs.” #NUFC #ITFC #FFC #PSV #SportingCP #FCPorto #FCBarcelona 🏃🖤🤍To sponsor Matt, please visit: https://t.co/ksfoKYKByz
They think the wait’s all over. It is now. 69 years and 313 days of hurt end for Newcastle United. And 10 nerve-shredding minutes of added time. Finally, finally Newcastle get their hands on a domestic trophy. Praise deserves to be spread around. Their fans superb, wall of sound, total support. Joelinton pressed, blocked and covered every blade of grass. Livramento stifled Salah. Trippier all defiance, tackling, set-pieces and game-management. Tonali tamed Szoboszlai. Burn towering presence. Pope’s saves. Isak clinical. Bruno relentless.
Above all, this historic victory was rooted in the drive and nous of Eddie Howe. His man-management brings the best out of Tonali and others. His deep understanding of players saw him re-position Joelinton from attack to elite midfielder. He makes good players better, Burn etc. He recruits strong characters as well as players. He builds camaraderie, he builds strong teams. He becomes the first Englishman to lift a trophy since 2008 (Harry Redknapp, FA Cup). Eddie Howe 🏆🙌 #NUFC #LIVNEW #EFLCupFinal

Some of our most favourite projects have been in the education sector.
From bringing buildings back to life to extending existing schools, the work we do puts people first ensuring that every space is built for the purpose of those who will be using it every day.
We had a fantastic visit yesterday to Graeme Hopper’s Workshop.
It was great to see the in-progress sculptures for Darlington Central Park. We’re excited to see art and architecture come together on site!
Our Graham McDarby even had a go!
Thanks Graeme!!
