The death penalty should NEVER apply to a person under 18, much less 21 best case scenario. Should he be held accountable? Sure, yes if the evidence proves without a shadow of a doubt then yes. He took a life. He needs time in prison to reform (if that’s even possible in American prisons) but to send a minor child to the death penalty? NO.
