Hey #BikeTO there's an opportunity for a diy bike lane on St Clair. You have to watch for unexpected vehicles and keep off the tracks but I prefer that to being squeezed off the side of the road by speeding cars and buses. /1

Also, for the constant problem of no bikes uptown and all concentrated downtown, rather than relying on occasional mass bike relocations by your drivers, can you institute incentives for riders (@CommunAuto does this for caresharing) to relocate bikes to empty areas of the city?
