Said “deliver before 8pm”. Finally got through to costumer service which now say I have to wait until Thursday before any action can be taken! This is vital pet care and the wait is unreasonable. Can’t even cancel and get my money back!!

Never had this poor costumer service from @AmazonUK. Last month I ordered pet supplies that was to be delivered Friday last week. It said it was delivered but wasn’t and I couldn’t get anywhere with support until following Tuesday. Now I have been waiting two days in where it 1/2
