REGION TITLE ON THE LINE – Its time for some championship softball as @WarriorSoftball plays host to @reiversoftball as the @ICCACSports foes begin the Region 11 Championship best-of-three series this afternoon at R.L. Hellyer Field.

The top-seeded Warriors (31-14) and second-seeded Reivers (31-13) split four regular-season matchups with IHCC winning both in Council Bluffs and Iowa Western taking a pair in Ottumwa.
Today’s doubleheader begins at 12 p.m. and a sweep by either team will advance the victor to the @NJCAASoftball Midwest District Championship at the winner of District 16 on May 9-11. A split will force a winner-take-all contest at 2 p.m. on Monday. @GoHillsTv will broadcast live! 🥎✌️

TENNESSEE TERMINATED – ALABAMA ADJUSTMENTS… Inclement weather across the country has altered this week’s schedule for @WarriorSoftball as the Warriors swing through the south will look differently. IHCC will no longer be making the trip to Gallatin, TN to take on @VSCCPioneersSB on Wednesday as those two scheduled contests have been canceled. The Warriors will still be traveling to Oxford, AL for the JUCO Extravaganza Friday through Sunday; however, the slate of games have been shuffled a bit. Indian Hills will now face @GMCJCSB and @snead_softball on Friday at 2 and 4 p.m., respectfully, followed by 2 and 4 p.m. Saturday tilts with @CACC_Softball and @VSCCPioneersSB. The Warriors will wrap up play at Choccolocco Park on Sunday with 11 a.m. twinbill against @CS_Tigers_SB. 🥎
