@ASOS I've spoken with customer services twice but been told to wait. I have a Premier account so was supposed to receive it yesterday but still appears to be 'on its way'. PLEASE can this be looked in to or can I be refunded. It's obvious it's been lost.

Controversial opinion: it's OK to leave a job in under a year. If it's damaging to your mental health, if it's unsafe, if you've been mis-sold the role....don't 'stick it out' & hurt yourself in the process for fear of how it will look on your CV.
