@VodafoneIreland Since 29th August we have been trying to upgrade our Broadband package. After 30 minutes on hold, this was arranged and was promised a confirmation within 48 hours. Nothing. Visited instore on 3rd Sept. Another 29 mintues on hold. Agent promised to 'reorder' it.

@VodafoneIreland Still nothing. Tried lodging a complaint but was not processed without a complaint #. Called 1907 to get said number. Got cut off. Directed to Live Chat online via link. Live Chat nowhere to be found. This is despicable customer service.

Applying for a grant as an independent applicant - can prove my parents' residence and my own (different) residence, but it was not through an agency so therefore insufficient documentation ?!?! Bills were included in the rent so don't have utilities in my name.

Is @Susihelpdesk aware of the housing crisis in Dublin for the past number of years, and many have precarious rental situations (no contract, no registry with RTB), utilities in landlords' name, no official documents, etc? Makes it impossible to apply for SUSI. @TheUSI

@Ryanair I went to check in THREE minutes late and was fined €55. Plane arrived 27 minutes late and no even an apology. Absolutely disgraceful.
