@rlvanessagrant https://t.co/y995WIxDRv is a chrome extension that I have used. The free version limits the number of meetings you can keep at one time. If you need it stay free you can copy the transcript to a doc and delete it from your storage. It’s not too expensive if you like it though.

@iqurattariq @MikeGerholdt @salesforce @SalesforceAdmns There were books, flash cards and lots of work in a Dev Org for me. I took the Admin class, and then worked in a Dev org on things that were being worked on by a partner at my company. Trailhead was game changing when it came out.
