This week I’ve been working on using my lower half more for power, staying in my back leg, not opening up my hips too early. Always a work in progress and always room to improve. Getting there!

Ended the summer with Plymouth’s All-Stars team. Summer is always the best when the local club players play for their towns and we play against teammates and mix it up in friendly competition. We finished the season with a tournament win and runner up in the league championship

Highlights from club season. We had a great year together, played a lot of great teams, won a championship, traveled to Colorado, and now we’re moving on to 14u. Lady Sting taught us discipline, work ethic, respect and love for the game-I’ll take those lessons with me always

I completed my first year of Varsity softball this year as a 7th grader. We won our school’s first league title, I played in my first MIAA tournament, and was selected as a league all star. I learned a lot playing with and against mostly older players and had a lot of fun!

This year I had the opportunity to learn from one of the best, @jen_schro at one of her catching retreats. 100 catchers from all over the country spent two days together with Jen working very hard at all things catching. It was an amazing experience #jenschrocatching #workharder
