does anyone know how to get through @axainsurance on the telephone? For 3 weeks they have provided no update or courtesy car for my elderly parents, and are unreachable. Please help.
@axainsurance we are urgently trying to reach your car claims department to follow up a 2 week old claim. Your phone selection service is not working, please advise how to speak to you ??
