UPDATE - Since the Karmelo Anthony case, this has escalated to the point that they’re attempting to use me as “an example” to start their race war.

Now, with my reporting on the Nolan Wells case, and the targeting from activists who have said they’re going to “drag me” through the courts, prolong court proceedings, send the Black Panthers to my attorney’s house, and have now even called on “the Nation of Islam and all black organizations” to come and attempt to intimidate me at the next court hearing, I am still fighting these people.

I am updating this fundraiser because this fight has now gone far beyond the defamation lawsuit I originally filed against Tiffney Billions, Drew Anthony, and Charleston White.

A significant portion of the money raised has already gone directly toward legal expenses in that case. But now, I am also having to defend myself against what I believe is blatant lawfare - people attempting to use the court system and protective orders as a weapon against me because they do not like my reporting, my investigations, or the facts I have uncovered.

I am a journalist. I report. I publish information that I believe the public deserves to know. And now, people I have reported on- including activists, frauds, liars, race baiters, and grifters - are attempting to turn my reporting into grounds for protective orders.

Recently, I have been forced to retain counsel and defend myself against a protective-order proceeding brought by Jeanetta Brantley. Jeanetta is the audio engineer I reported on in connection with the purported SeaTow call and fake transcript surrounding the Nolan Wells case. My reporting challenged the authenticity of that material and exposed serious problems with the narrative being pushed publicly.

Instead of simply responding to my reporting with facts, I am now being dragged into court and forced to spend substantial amounts of money.

After what has been said publicly about me and my family - including deeply damaging accusations involving one of the most traumatic chapters of my family’s life - I am now preparing to pursue a second defamation lawsuit against Ashlee and Jeanetta Brantley.

I was prepared to walk away. I was prepared to let much of this go. But there comes a point when enough is enough. When people repeatedly make accusations about you, attack your family, distort your past, and then attempt to use the legal system to silence your reporting, you have to defend yourself.

That means I am now fighting on multiple fronts: continuing my existing defamation lawsuit against Tiffney Billions, Drew Anthony, and Charleston White; defending myself against what I believe are attempts to silence me through lawfare; and preparing another defamation action over statements made about me and my family that has caused threats and targeting.

I am DONE letting these people go unchallenged.

Legal battles are incredibly expensive. Depositions, hearings, filings, travel, attorneys’ fees, court costs, discovery, and trial preparation add up quickly. I have already spent a substantial amount of the money raised fighting these battles, and unfortunately, it is becoming clear that I am going to need additional help to continue defending myself.

I will not be intimidated into silence. I will not stop reporting because someone threatens me with a lawsuit or files a protective order because they do not like what I have uncovered.

If you have supported my reporting, my investigations, or my willingness to stand up when others will not, I am asking for your help as I continue this fight.

Every donation helps me continue paying the legal expenses necessary to defend my rights, protect my family, and pursue accountability against those who have crossed the line from criticism into what my attorneys and I believe is actionable defamation.

There are many uniformed people on X when it comes to elections, especially in Texas. I'm getting sick of repeating myself to them consistently so I'm just going to make this thread and then point people to it.

How do we determine who a Republican or Democrat is in these models when there is no party registration in Texas?

Counties post vote rosters on their websites of everyone who votes in each election (with the exception of a few voters who are exempt such as police officers, judges, etc.) An example is this vote roster from Harris County (FYI: if you click the link below it will download a vote roster): https://t.co/xpKOvVsC3u

When someone votes in a Democrat or Republican primary they are shockingly identified as a Democrat or Republican in said model. Most of these models take this data from primaries for multiple cycles. If someone has voted in both Republican and Democrat primaries they're considered a "cross over voter" or "independent", if they voted in a Republican primary 10 years ago and have since voted in Democrat primaries they're considered Democrat.

There's a sizeable number of voters who only have voted in General Elections or are new voters, they typically get a "lean" designation based on who they live with. So if they live with a Republican we give them a lean Republican score, if they live with Democrats they get a lean Democrat. Like most things in life none of this is perfect but it's helpful.

What are your sources?

The best source are the county election pages, unfortunately none of them are uniform. They are supposed to post the roster for those who have voted by 11AM the next day. Some post it at 9PM the day of, some just outright don't post them at all and you need to hassle their offices for the files.

On October 25, 2026, Andrew Garrett appeared on Secret Service Sam’s livestream and discussed the enhanced audio associated with the Nolan Wells case.

During the discussion, Garrett stated:

“That is 100% not the way audio forensics works. And that is without a doubt AI enhanced.”

He further stated:

“I have like 5 or 6 other audio engineers in the industry that we all kinda chuckled and were like, ‘Yeah, we wish it was that great.’”

Garrett continued:

“That’s not even possible… Yeah, that’s not the way that works.”

Garrett’s statements are consistent with my earlier reporting regarding the difference between someone with a degree in music production and a forensic audio engineer specializing in criminal cases.

Someone just made an interesting suggestion to me, and I wanted to bring it directly to the parents of Lindale ISD.

PARENTS should organize an “Adrian Day” in honor of little Adrian Thompson.

A day when parents could collectively choose to keep their children home from school as a peaceful demonstration, calling for accountability, improved emergency response training, and changes that could prevent another tragedy.

Here’s something parents should know.

In Texas, public school funding is tied in part to average daily student attendance. That means student absences can affect district funding. The financial impact of a single day would depend on participation and how attendance is calculated across the school year.

But beyond any potential financial impact, imagine the message an organized day of remembrance could send.

This isn’t about punishing children or the teachers who genuinely care about them. It’s about parents having a voice and demanding answers about what happened to a little girl who should still be alive today.

LINDALE ISD PARENTS, I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.

Would an organized Adrian Day be something you would consider? Would you support parents coming together to select a day to honor Adrian and call for meaningful changes?

I’m bringing this suggestion to you because ultimately, these are YOUR children, YOUR schools, and YOUR voices.

🚨 BREAKING EXCLUSIVE FOOTAGE: EIGHT-YEAR-OLD ADRIAN THOMPSON’S FINAL MOMENTS - DEVASTATING NEWLY RELEASED WITNESS STATEMENTS

Please be advised that the footage is extremely distressing to watch. I ask everyone who watches or discusses it to remember that this was a child whose family continues to grieve an unimaginable SENSELESS loss. I will be transparent and say that NOTHING about this investigation has ever sat right with me.

I have spent considerable time investigating the tragic death of eight-year-old Adrian Thompson, who died following a choking incident at Velma Penny Elementary School in Lindale, Texas, on April 15, 2026.

I previously reported on the Texas Rangers’ investigative findings, including significant concerns surrounding the school’s emergency response, the DELAY in choking intervention, and the use of ADULT-sized LifeVac masks.

But now, after reviewing the newly released surveillance footage, I am even more disturbed by what happened that day. I warn you, the absolute lack of urgency during those critical moments is both heartbreaking and infuriating.

You will see an eight-year-old little girl visibly struggle, desperately attempting to communicate that something is wrong.

According to the Rangers’ timeline, Adrian began exhibiting visible signs of choking at approximately 1140 am. She was grabbing at her throat, attempting to clear her mouth, and showing signs of distress.

She was subsequently directed toward a trash can by school employee Chelsea Wiggins, who stated that she initially believed Adrian was going to vomit.

Rather than immediately receiving documented choking intervention, back blows, or any apparent attempt to address a potential airway obstruction, Adrian was asked whether she needed to use the restroom.

Adrian eventually left the cafeteria and ran toward the nurse’s office, alone.

It is also worth noting that Chelsea Wiggins remains employed by Lindale ISD.

A separate eyewitness statement I obtained describes Adrian panicking and communicating her need for help through her body movements.

That witness wrote:

“The teacher only walked her out the cafeteria but didn’t walk with her to the nurse. The little girl ran by her self to the nurses office.”

Other employee statements describe an adult following Adrian toward the nurse. However, none of these accounts eliminates the serious questions surrounding the response during those initial moments.

Nearly two minutes had passed between Adrian’s first visible signs of distress and her arrival at the nurse’s office, according to the Rangers’ timeline.

The nurse’s own documentation indicates that she began the Heimlich maneuver after Adrian started turning blue. Documentation also states that 911 was not called from the nurse’s station, but from a separate office instructed BY the nurse’s station.

Side note of information: After researching the nurse’s license, public records show that Lindale ISD is the only school she has been employed by from 1998 until present.

Adrian subsequently collapsed after the Heimlich failed. Efforts to resuscitate her were unsuccessful.

I am deeply troubled by the apparent failure to recognize the severity of this emergency sooner.

As a mother, watching this footage is extremely difficult. As an independent journalist, I believe it raises questions that deserve answers.

I also previously reported that the two LifeVac devices examined by the Texas Rangers had ADULT masks attached, despite Adrian being only eight years old.

I am releasing this footage in the interest of public awareness and accountability, not to sensationalize Adrian’s death or exploit her family’s unimaginable loss. It has been shared with PERMISSION from the family.

Parents deserve to know that the schools entrusted with their children’s safety are adequately prepared to respond when SECONDS matter.

Thanks to the quick reporting of @SarahisCensored we now know that a 3 year old boy was NOT kicked out of a soccer game for being "too good".

You would think most people would question the story based on the obvious edits while they were talking to police and nature of their claim itself.

I can't imagine any possible scenario in which a child is penalized for playing too well. I CAN however see a scenario in which this parent got into some kind of argument or dispute with the league official that called.

From the report it seems as though the official only called the police so that the conflict wouldn't escalate further.

I’m going to correct this story because, OF COURSE, people are screaming “white supremacy” and “racism.”

You can’t even get the story right. Parents did NOT call the police. An official did. Why? Because of a dispute involving PARENTS.

The Winter Park Police Department released a statement:

Police confirmed that nobody was arrested, forcibly removed, or issued a trespass warning.

POLICE WERE NOT CALLED BY AN OPPOSING PARENT, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL REPORT.

They were contacted by an i9 Sports league official who reported a disturbance involving league officials and the child’s PARENTS.

Local reporting identifies that official as Thomas Hayes, a director with i9 Sports. His race has not been verified.

According to police, league officials wanted the family to leave and offered to refund their registration fees. When officers arrived, they were asked to communicate with the family to prevent the disagreement from escalating.

The family says their son was excluded because he played too well. The league disputes that explanation.

Christine Wells Wonsley has now joined the cause to help fund the legal defense of content creators facing defamation lawsuits connected to the Nolan Wells case.

Keep in mind, several of these creators have publicly accused the boys of MURDERING Nolan Wells, insisting that his death was part of some massive conspiracy. Some have even gone so far as to accuse the boys’ legal representation of being involved in the “murder” and placement of Nolan’s body.

And now Christine is publicly pledging financial support to help defend creators facing lawsuits over their statements.

A grand jury declined to indict anyone in Nolan’s death, and law enforcement reported finding no evidence of foul play.

At what point does seeking justice cross the line into destroying innocent people’s lives?

We need you to help support the boys against this dishonest and diabolical campaign against them. If they’re allowed to get away with the extreme defamation and lies that caused so much havoc, this will get worse. There will be another case, another race baiter, and another narrative, and if they get away with the lies they spread about this case, next time will be worse.

The defamation in this case had real consequences. The boys’ lives were threatened. Their families terrorized. Their homes vandalized.

Libraries began to prey on children, providing explicit materials and indoctrinating the young with materials that made them think they could change their gender or identify as a “they” or even an animal if that’s what they believed.

Worship of SELF instead of worship of the CREATOR.

And somewhere along the way, we became a society where simply disagreeing with someone was labeled hatred. Where questioning a narrative was called dangerous. Where demanding accountability was called harassment. Where people decided their feelings were more important than facts.

And if you refused to bow down to their ideology? If you refused to repeat what they told you to believe? If you dared to challenge the people who had grown accustomed to controlling the conversation?

YOU became the enemy.

Not because you threatened them. Not because you harmed them. Or harassed them…

But because you refused to be SILENT.

I’ve worked hard to expose ALL of this.

Unapologetically. Unafraid. Unmoving.

If they want, they can spend every waking moment trying to convince the world that I’m the monster in their story.

But they cannot make me surrender my convictions. They cannot bully me into silence.

My faith was NEVER placed in the approval of mankind.

It’s a CULTURE WAR.

So pray for them.

Pray for their hearts. Pray for their souls. Pray that they find the very truth they have spent so much time fighting against.

But do NOT mistake prayer for surrender.

And do NOT mistake my refusal to retaliate with the same behavior for fear.
