@contentbythesea I got in the routine of rocking him to sleep after a bottle but sometimes I'd be with him till 9 and my back was killing! It took about 2 weeks but he was so much happier going to sleep himself. Think they just need to learn a new routine. He's aged me so much 🤣🤣🤣

@contentbythesea I did sleep training and let Rory cry himself to sleep. I felt shit at the time but it was the best thing we done. He's 17 month now, loves his cot, settles himself to sleep and sleeps 12 hours. Horrendous at time but it made him be an independent sleeper and not rely on me x
