@tomhcalver @thesundaytimes Agree childcare cost is a big problem but why is the narrative always to substract the full cost of childcare from only the mother's salary? Most children are born to 2 parents who are equally responsible for childcare costs, yet this gets side-lined as a "women's issue" 🤯

A🧵 I’m a #MedicalScientist and also a patient. In 2015 I had a breast biopsy, lymph node biopsy and a mastectomy. They all went to the histology lab. #MedicalScientists using various stains and techniques were able to determine what type of cancer I had, how aggressive etc 1)
