Another important point to note is that one can be introverted and also engaged. There are many ways that "quiet" students engage (e.g. actively listening). We must ensure that our evaluation of engagement moves far beyond who is raising their hands or talking the most. #edchat
It was an honor to be interviewed by @TaylorHWilliams of #BirdvilleLearns for the #12daysummit of Innovation - take some time to have a listen https://t.co/7ODu0ki7bx and for more information check out their website https://t.co/J5AUdfKzJb @BirdvilleISD
@mrkempnz Wow yes it’s sad. There are awful things happening ALL OVER the world. That’s just the nature of life. Just because we are getting on with normal things / vacation etc and enjoying time with our family does NOT mean we are unaware of these issues or don’t care about them.
Be positive, not just for yourself but for your colleagues. Negative people take up 10% of my time and drain 80% of my energy! My daily aim is to spend more time with positive people & be a positive influencer on the negative - be a positive influencer in your school this week!
