Yesterday afternoon, fifth grade boys participated in a symbolic walk of class unity through the LS hallways while the third and fourth grade cheered them on. Students made their way across St. Christopher's Road to reflect on years past and prepare for the years ahead.
Class of 2021!
We are just days away from graduation!
The 86 girls in the Class of 2021 received 348 acceptances into 126 colleges in 33 states, D.C. and Scotland!
Our fifth grade boys have been working on their @TED_ED talks since January, and we're blown away by their hard work! This has been a great opportunity for them to refine their research skills, practice public speaking and share interesting ideas. #TEDTalk#TEDEd
What a morning to be a Lower School boy! Fifth graders met their Kindergarten buddies to read and play outside, Rel W. '31 spent the day as Head of the Lower School, and our fifth grade boys gathered at Ryan Recital Hall for a surprise movie.
Yesterday afternoon I caught a sweet game of dodgeball between LS Extended Day boys and US students involved in after-school service work. Wonderful to see different student age groups playing together and also using our beautiful new green space by Pepper Ave!

This morning, our fourth grade Saints all got together for the first time this year! The boys gathered at Ryan Recital Hall to watch "Hidden Figures," the story of the Black women mathematicians who played vital roles in NASA's first space missions.
Our fifth graders had a fantastic time at our first-ever Greek Festival today! As part of their lessons about ancient Greece, boys dressed in togas, celebrated their city-states, played games, tasted Greek food and wrapped it up with a ceremony at the end.
Thanks, @soontornvat, for speaking to our 5th grade boys and dads @STCVA tonight about your amazing book, ALL THIRTEEN. Both the book and your talk with our boys were amazing! So engaging. Thank you!
It's great to be a Saint! We were thrilled to give a warm welcome to some of our newly-accepted Lower School boys. It was fantastic to see StC parents, students, staff and faculty, including incoming Head of Lower School Todd Stansbery, turn out to welcome our new boys.
SAINTS Swim & Dive wrapped up the season today with a virtual meet and celebration of our 18 seniors! Congrats Class of 2021, we will miss you! @StCatherinesRVA
