@marksandspencer delighted that the flowers I ordered for Mother’s Day & arrived @Geopost_news Inverness depot on Friday (17/03) will not be delivered until Tuesday (21/03)🤦🏼‍♀️ despite yesterday (18/03) being the selected delivery day!

@marksandspencer A 10% discount on a future order really doesn’t cut it & refunding a non-existent delivery charge is really poor customer service. At the very least I would of expected a replacement bunch of flowers, by the time the order arrives it will have sat in a depot for 4days

Also baffled why it will take until Tues. to deliver flowers 39miles. Lesson learned I’ll never order flowers for a H&I address again because despite it’s MAINLAND location your delivery timeline would suggest it’s located in the mid Atlantic & delivery is by a row boat 🚣🏼‍♀️!

It baffles me that this continues to be an ongoing issue for @marksandspencer! I have raised it several times & if you can’t guarantee or specify a delivery day to H&I address your digital team need to make the necessary adjustments to your website when ordering!
