Had students use the app Emoji Me to create an avatar. Then had them answer some questions for parents to listen to at conferences. They used @ChatterPixIt to read their conference sheet and then posted to @Seesaw. They’re displayed in the hall with QR code. #husky212

No NZ teacher teaching overseas is going to return to the class size, behavioural needs, special needs, work load, lack of release time and of course the pay- Dream on Chris Hipkins - they left for a reason!
Parent concern over primary schools' use of Twitter in classrooms, via @nzherald https://t.co/aPoXLJ3Fw5 #wpstaupo a good discussion to have in our communities about teaching children to be safe. Modelling safe practices is how we can help our students. Great comments Tash!
I have said it before and I’ll say again, @Seesaw allows teachers to go paperless! I can take a worksheet and make it interactive for my students! Less paper, easier grading, and quicker feedback for students! #GameChanger
A7: I have my own Seesaw Teaching Journal that I use to document my own goals, PD and resources. In NZ, we have to provide evidence of meeting the teaching standards & I love how easy Seesaw is for doing that #seesawchat
Learning Opportunities to share voice. Photography + Writing lesson. Photo Angles, vocabulary, purpose. App smashed between @Snapseed_MKTG and Over to combine photo and writing = Parent tears in classroom! Age 6 and app smashing already! Next is to post to @Seesaw#takpschool
Challenged our 6 year olds to put their writing in a digital form - was super stoked with what they created.. Can’t beat the uniqueness of six year old language.
A3. Students "learn it", "practise it" then "prove it" on @Seesaw I have sent an example of our "Online Maths" doc. The visual image is posted on activities. #seesawchatnz
