#HM_Passport saga continues. they sent the passport two days ago. Courier has no record, passport office now saying they haven’t sent the passport. No one seems to know where it is. On the phone for 3hours and we still haven’t got a straight answer! Total incompetence!

On phone to #HM_Passport call centre to be informed that we will be contacted in 24-48 hours. However imagine my bemusement to discover that in your world 1 day = 12 hours. So your 24-48 hour turnaround for a call is actually 72-96h!

@primaryteachew Yes, I’m not a teacher but imposter syndrome happens in all professions. Reach out for a mentor, doesn’t have to be someone in your school, but someone who you feel comfortable speaking with, so you can draw on their experience and expertise.

Personally I see a man who has worked tirelessly through this unforeseen and unprecedented (in recent history) period of the pandemic. Based on scientific evidence he did what he and advisers thought was right.
