@twpiggott I'm almost finished reading "Urchin" by local author Kate Story. I picked up my copy at Watson and Lou. It's wonderful. I haven't read as much as usual the last few years with tiny kids, but it's been a perfect book to get me back in the habit.

@LesleyParnell I think we might be talking about different things. I have no interest in being a landlord, and I don't think I'm alone in that. I am interested in housing first - and ensuring our neighbours without homes are safe this winter.

What you are suggesting here is not a solution, and it is not leadership. You are trying to pass off responsibility, rather than provide supports to people.
