Dr Bawa-Garba has now #CCT in paeds. I congratulate her on this and her extraordinary commitment to looking after children. We need an NHS that supports staff/institutions learn from errors. The tragedies experienced by Jack Adock and Dr Bawa-Garba should never be repeated.
