@CrossCountryUK @GWRHelp Hi, I’m on the 19:00 from Bristol to Manchester Piccadilly. On the northern rail app it is saying this train is being terminated at Birmingham, but the staff on the train don’t know, can you help?

@northernassist 08:22 from mill hill to Victoria 5 minutes late and then too full for anyone to get on, again. Have to wait for the already delayed 08:36. Please don’t just advise delay repay as I have 3 pending complaints with you already one from as long as 5 weeks ago!
