I have a group of critical white friends that help me hold myself accountable-I check in with them frequently. I notice when I'm operating from dominant societal norms-like urgency and slow down. I'm mindful of how and where I spend money and time. #AntiRacistEd#learnFwd22
A1: As a white woman my key word is practice. I need to constantly interrogate my assumptions-also-be intentional in all aspects of life. Status quo in US is racist, so every big or small decision must be considered thru a race lens. #AntiRacistEd#LearnFwd22
