@TheRangeUK placed an order 16/4 expected delivery by 24/5. Not received. Called 23/5 and 04/6, 2 hr wait each time. They couldn't track the order further than awaiting collection and would call me back. Had 1 response but still no order or expected delivery. How long do I wait??

@virginmedia Call on 07/03 to leave, disconnect due 30/04. Bill received for May. Called 03/05 to complain, advised new disconnect 02/06, no payment due, DD claimed 24/05. Today called and I've got to wait for the calls to be listened to AGAIN before any refund on 22/06...
