Getting nowhere with Haven. Not even a good will gesture. Having to leave our break early due to ant infestation! Not able to use self catering unit because of this. I would welcome some feedback as guest relations have closed case

@ZARA customer service is shocking! I collected an item from store and got home to find 1 item missing! Now zara won't send me the missing item. I have to collect or reorder with postage cost I shouldn't have to pay for your mistake!!
