@LGUK How about offering some decent customer service instead? Another week goes by and still no washing machine!! Appalling behaviour from LG!!

@JOEMS2020 @LGUKCare @LGUK I have tried all of the above many times. We got as far as an engineer coming who said the machine was unsafe to even be plugged in and a fire hazard to my family. Your call center refuse to commit to a a resolution despite the engineer report….
