@sci_olga And if you list things like conference abstracts, that will also let them know that you do have positive data, and they can expect you have publications in the works.

@sci_olga I don't know if it's different in Europe specifically, but my PI told me that I definitely shouldn't stick to 2 pages for the CV, and to list things that are in progress. If they don't count the "in progress" things, the worst they can do is ignore it.

@beth_bartlett I gotta be honest, having a baby in a shared office every day sounds like a massive distraction! You can't expect a baby to never cry etc. Surely the better solution is to normalise actually taking appropriate maternity leave in academia, and not being penalised for it.
