Andy Checo's advice on tailoring DE&I so that the decision-makers care is important to remember as communicators. When communicating in a language the leaders understand, they can better grasp how DE&I impacts what is important to them. #diversevoices @Culpwrit

"The R in PR stands for relationship," a point that @RayDay always emphasizes when speaking to PRSSA students. Quotes like Cheryl’s make me realize just how crucial building those relationships is. Every day is a potential job interview, so showing up as your best self is key.
