Okay… FZN Dubai. One of the best fine dining restaurants I’ve ever been to.
The precision here is wild. Every flavour was so intentional, earthy, smoky, delicate, rich. There’s this balance between restraint and pure creativity that’s honestly rare to see pulled of this well.

My favourite boulangerie in Paris, Utopie 🥐✨ This had to be my very first stop back in the city. Their charcoal sesame roll is a must-try, but go early, because there’s always a line down the road! Totally worth it, I promise 💛

The Museum of Islamic Art in Doha took my breath away. Designed by the legendary I.M. Pei, it sits on its own island like a jewel box, inside over 1,400 years of Islamic history unfold through textiles, ceramics, jewellery and architectural fragments from across three continents.
