@simonsinek So true! When working with leaders I find they are so quick to identify what they don’t want to see in a leader. It’s time to switch the tables and demonstrate what we do want. Be the role models for our next generation of leaders.

@gcouros Also, be observant and remember the small things! So much can be seen through non verbal actions and the small things really do matter (pet’s names, birthdays, new hair styles, favorite snacks, etc.). Finally, leave time just to chat. 😀
