Trans people are now officially second-class citizens under UK law.

The EHRC acknowledges that the policy puts trans people in danger, their solution for that is simply to allow services providers to “decide” to include a third space.

What happens when they decide not to?

All of the transphobic things the UK has done should be reversed immediately. Including that Supreme Court ruling. It should be reversed. Take it to the ECHR if needed.

Trans women are women, so they should be considered women in all aspects of law, ESPECIALLY equality law.
