£509 for this @HUGOBOSS suit. Dry cleaned once by Timpsons and none will take liability for damage! Ombudsman can’t help because BOSS aren’t in their system so what do we do. @_alicebeer can you help

I found a forum which indicates it’s the glue that’s used on this product. You don’t really expect this after paying that amount. We are now stuck with a ruined suit and no one will accept liability

@_alicebeer BOSS said their product has been tested and they aren’t liable. They haven’t even tested our suit yet gave advice over email. Timpsons said it was sent away for testing and they aren’t at fault either. However looking at forums it’s a common problem

@GMB yes! Bring the retirement age down. My husband is 50 and been a roofer for 35 years. He started at 15. His body is absolutely shot and I worry how he is supposed to carry on until retirement! His health has deteriorated badly

@asda had a home delivery yesterday. Ordered 6 x 12 boxes of lager. Received 12 bottles of another as a substitute. I returned that box with the driver. Bear in mind this value is £60 and haven’t received my refund or received an email 🙇🏻‍♀️
